I’m Khashayar Nourian, a Software Engineer and Technical Consultant. I work primarily with C# and .NET, designing and modernizing software platforms and improving application and data performance. A lot of my day-to-day work is helping teams turn vague requirements into something they can actually maintain.

How I work
I prefer simple systems with clear trade-offs, solving today’s problem instead of borrowing complexity from tomorrow’s. Working closely with teams, tightening up documentation, and making technical decisions easier to understand and act on is most of what I do day to day.
